After filling out the application form, your data (name, surname, phone number, e-mail, desired program, date of application) will be processed by Batumi Medical Academy LLC (identification code 245419355, e-mail batumimedicalacademy@gmail.com ) for the purposes of attracting potential customers and effective communication with potential professional students, analyzing information about potential professional students and determining trends, supporting the potential applicant in the registration process in the LEPL - Education Management Information System (VET.GE), for the consideration of your application and on the basis of the Academy's important legitimate interest. Filling out the application form is voluntary. You have the opportunity to register in the LEPL - Education Management Information System (VET.GE) without filling out this form. The data you provide in the application form in the event of enrollment in the Academy will be stored for the Academy to fulfill its obligations under Georgian legislation, for the period and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation. After the completion of the enrollment process in the Academy, your data will no longer be processed by storing the application form. Your rights as a data subject are guaranteed by Chapter III of the Law of Georgia on “Personal Data Protection”.
