Internal training and information meeting for providers and employers of vocational education programs On May 17 and 24, 2025, a series of internal training and information meetings were held at Batumi Medical Academy in order to promote professional development and improve the qualifications of teachers. The events were organized for providers and invited employers of the following vocational education programs:

• “Nursing Education”,

• “Pharmacy”,

• “Dental Technician”

modules. The purpose of the training was to familiarize participants with the main resources necessary for the effective implementation of educational programs, including material-technical, human and intellectual resources. Special attention was paid to the use of modern approaches to self-assessment and practical tools that will help participants:

• Analyze their own professional competencies;

• Identify strengths;

• Determine individual development needs. The following topics were discussed during the training:

• Standards and resources for implementing educational programs;

• Challenges in vocational education and ways to overcome them; • Innovations in education policy;

• Modern approaches to self-assessment and professional development;

• Practical exercises and examples of group work.

The event was held in an interactive format, which included targeted testing, group assignments and sharing of experience. Participants had the opportunity to discuss real practical cases, share experiences with each other and outline future actionable steps for professional development. The active involvement and feedback of the participants indicate that the training had a positive impact on their professional self-esteem, which provides the basis for the need to systematically organize such events. The training was organized by the administration of the Batumi Medical Academy.
