Batumi Medical Academy Internal Verification Summary and Action Plan
The internal verification team completed a comprehensive assessment of the educational program (from 23.03.25 to 28.05.2025). All three stages of verification were carried out, which included a detailed analysis of assessment tools, processes and evidence. As a result of the process, a verification report was prepared, which was submitted to the director of the academy on 19.06.2025.
Vocational teachers and interested parties participated in the discussion of the verification results. As a result of the discussion, problematic issues were identified and ways to solve them were determined.
Based on the discussion, the institution developed an action plan, which includes:
- Activities to be implemented to eliminate the problems;
- Implementation deadlines;
- Performance indicators;
- Required resources.
The action plan provides the basis for continuous quality improvement and ensures the systematic elimination of deficiencies identified in the report.
