Applicants eligible for enrollment in the professional educational programs of Batumi Medical Academy, LLC, for the 2025 fall intake, from November 4 to November 19, 2025 inclusive, from 10:00 to 17:00, for the purpose of concluding an agreement and opening a personal file, should submit the following documentation to the Batumi Medical Academy Administration (Batumi, Tbeti St. No. 4, 6th floor, room No. 617):

A. Application (if the applicant is incapacitated/limitedly incapacitated, the application must be submitted by the parent/legal representative).

B. ID card with a copy (in the case of an incapacitated person, also the ID card of the parent/legal representative and a document confirming the authority to submit an application and conclude an agreement).

C. A notarized copy of the document confirming the receipt of complete general education (a person who received education abroad must submit a document issued by the LEPL - National Center for the Development of Education Quality - on the recognition of educational documents issued abroad).

D. A person who has reached the age of 17 (except for a person who is not subject to military registration of conscripts) a document confirming the conscript's presence on military registration or removal from military registration of a conscript

E. Two photographs.
